I was in Costco buying my groceries
one day when I came upon these solar stepping stones. It just so
happened that I had cleared a path in the front yard to fill with
rocks and when I saw these LED stepping stones, I knew they would
fit perfectly. I bought them and brought them home. Sure enough,
they were just what the path needed.
Take a look.

I installed them in May of 2009 and so far, they are in
excellent condition and look great.
Another wonderful thing about
the Costco LED Stepping Stones is the fact that they donít need to
be plugged into AC power. They are run by 3 rechargeable NiCad
batteries and the batteries are charged during the day by a solar
cell that can be mounted either on the ground with a stake, or on a
structure like a house where the sun will be on it most of the day.
The LEDs are about 4 feet apart and the cord is about 16 feet long
from the first light to the solar panel. A photocell turns on the
LEDs in the stepping stones at dusk and the batteries last for about
8 hours or longer.
There is also a waterproof power switch on the
panel to turn them off if you want to.
found some other stepping stones on the internet but they were much
more expensive and, for my taste, not as stylish. More than that,
they werenít as practical either. Some were single stones with the
solar panel built in and, I thought, looked kinda cheap.
money and taste, I think these are the way to go.
Looks, style, and most of all, price.
I think these stepping stones are the right choice for anyone
looking for a nice looking, practical, inexpensive stepping stone.
They have so many great things going for them. I think these are a
